LAP THE LOUGH

Robert
will be taking part in the annual Lap the Lough
challenge on Sunday 29 August. A 140km cycle (about 93
miles) around the entire perimeter of Lough Neagh - the
largest lake in Britain and Ireland, and 3rd largest in
all of Europe. Lough Neagh is 20km wide, and 35km long.
During training for the event Robert has managed 63
miles at a push, so this is going to be something of an
endurance trial.
Robert is competing in the challenge to raise funds for
the Northern Ireland Cancer Fund for Children. If you
